General
What is Privacy Gecko?
Privacy Gecko is an ecosystem of 8 privacy-focused tools designed to protect your digital privacy across all aspects of your online life.
Are your tools really free?
Yes! Every tool has a generous free tier with no credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro for advanced features when needed.
Is Privacy Gecko open source?
We're committed to open source transparency. Core privacy features are currently in security audit before public release (Q4 2025). Our website is already open source. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when product repositories go public.
Privacy & Security
Do you collect any data?
We only collect anonymized usage statistics to improve our products. We never sell your data or track your personal information.
How do you make money if it's free?
We offer Pro tiers with advanced features. Those who can afford to pay help subsidize free access for everyone else.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. Tools like GeckoShare use end-to-end encryption. We can't access your data even if we wanted to.
Billing & Subscriptions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Pro plans. No questions asked.
What's the $PRICKO token integration?
Coming Q4 2025, you'll be able to stake $PRICKO tokens to get discounts on Pro plans and early access to new features. Important: Using $PRICKO is 100% optional—all tools work fully without any token requirement. Token transactions are on Solana (public blockchain), but we don't link wallet addresses to your Privacy Gecko account.
Why integrate a token? Doesn't that conflict with privacy?
Fair question. Using $PRICKO is completely optional—all tools have free and paid tiers without any token requirement. Token transactions are on Solana (public blockchain), but we don't link wallet addresses to accounts. We're experimenting with this as an alternative to VC funding, which often pressures companies to monetize user data. If token integration ever conflicts with privacy principles, we'll remove it. Privacy comes first.
Who funds Privacy Gecko? Any investors?
Privacy Gecko is currently bootstrapped by founder @0xAnonA. We have taken no venture capital and have no external investors. Our business model: free tiers supported by optional Pro subscriptions. We will never take funding from companies that sell user data, accept acquisition offers from data brokers, or compromise privacy to satisfy investor growth demands.
